Welcome to Sweetener Products Company’s new online ordering system, otherwise known as e-commerce. We have updated our system to better serve our online customers. Now you can place an order for any of Sweetener’s products right from your computer. You no longer have to fill out an order form, send fax or call in. This new process helps speed up the products allocation and delivery time, and makes the whole process more convenient for the consumer.

In order to
purchase our products conveniently from our web site, please print an
application form and complete the entire application and mail or fax to the
Credit Manager. When your Application has been received you will be assigned a
Customer Number and your Online Account will be activated.

Our new website is set up with the shopping cart system. Browse our products and add anything you like to your order. Each time you add an item to your order, you will be taken to an order review page so you can see what is in your shopping cart. You will have the option to continue shopping or complete your order. You can also remove items or cancel from your order on this page, so shop all you like and simply remove unwanted items when you are ready to check out.
When you are through shopping, click button “Complete Order” to get to the order review page and you will be taken to the fields where you will provide information on the “Customer Pick Up”, “Requested Delivery Date”, Requested Delivery Time” and “Purchase Order #”. The “Order #” will be assigned by the system automatically for your reference. Once you have completed all the necessary ordering information, click the “SUBMIT” to complete this order. You will receive an order confirmation page by email and you can use your order confirmation number to check the status of your order at any time. Online Ordering History can be viewed at any time after the ordering cycle has been completed. The customer historical information will be recorded and provided for all the ordering online system, so this information will remain on the historical file up to one year.

To gain this access to the information, your account must be activated with a valid user name and password. After the selection of the product categories, each product line displayed will have a link to the product information for the CofAs, Product Info and General Info. Click a link product information, you will be taken to the folder cabinet for the selection. In order to print the page information to your printer, you must have an Acrobat Reader installed in your computer. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you may obtain a download from our website on the front page of our website.
